General Terms and Conditions for our seminars

1. Contracting party:

Contractual partner for the trainings and trainings, workshops and seminars is David Schulz, Berliner Ring 24, D-63303 Dreieich.

2. Payment agreement:

Since the number of participants for our seminars is limited, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. With the sending of the registration confirmation also the sending of the invoice takes place, which is to be settled immediately and without any deduction. Only payments received before the beginning of the seminar entitle to attend the seminar.

3. Account connection:

Payments are made as a transfer to the account of Clemens Maria Mohr IBAN: DE02 7335 0000 0514 1129 52 at Sparkasse Allgäu or cash on site before the start of the event.

4. Services:

Unless otherwise agreed, the seminar price includes the following services:

• Moderation of the seminar event.

• Arranging the seminar content specified in the announcement.

• Conference and seminar technology: flip charts, presentation screens, video projectors and video systems (for interview and communication training).

• Seminar accompanying documents and checklists.

5th number of participants:

The seminars are usually carried out as of 5 participants. The maximum number of participants differs per seminar.

6. Course times:

The course times can be found in the announcement of the respective seminar.

7th seminar location:

The seminar location can be found in the announcement of the respective seminar.

9. Course documents:

The course materials are copyrighted texts, checklists and materials. The course materials are therefore intended for personal use only. Any duplication, reproduction or translation and disclosure to third parties without our express consent, including parts of the documents, are not permitted.

10. Training Requirements / Disclaimer:

The training of David Schulz does not replace a therapy or medical treatment. The customer confirms that he is not aware of any health conditions or limitations that preclude participation in the training process. The participation on the part of the customer on own responsibility and own danger. David Schulz is not liable for damages resulting from the failure of the instructions of the trainer by the customer. Similarly, the organizer is not liable for damages inflicted by the customer himself, others or third parties. The organizer is not liable to participants for accidents, loss of or damage to their property. With the exception of damages based on gross negligence or intent, claims for damages of the customer against David Schulz are excluded

For items that are taken into the workshops and training events or for other direct damages and costs including loss of earnings, lost profits or claims of third parties, data loss, travel expenses, consequential and financial loss of any kind, we assume no liability.

11. Cancellation:

Cancellation or rebooking (rebooking to another mentoring or another date) on your part, which arrives in writing no later than 14 days before the beginning of the mentoring period, releases you completely from the payment of the mentoring value. If you cancel or change your booking for less than 14 days of the mentoring program, 75% of the price will be charged. In the event of a short-term cancellation or rebooking (less than 3 working days prior to the beginning of the mentoring) or in the absence of mentoring, 200% of the mentoring program will be due. Rebooking and cancellation require written form in every case and are legally valid only after our confirmation. Rebooking to a substitute participant is possible at any time free of charge.

12. Event cancellation:

Should we have to cancel the event for important reasons, we are entitled to a full refund of the participation fee. Claims beyond that do not exist.

13. Final provisions:

For this contract and its execution exclusively the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The conditions of participation remain binding also in case of legal ineffectiveness of individual regulations in their remaining parts. Ineffective conditions are replaced by those that come closest to the economic purpose of the invalid ones. Agreements deviating from this contract are only effective if agreed in writing.
